“Let me tell you something lol when I found out they were still open I made it my business to go 2 days in a row when I came back to Duval. I was introduced to Wing in the early 90’s. My friends and I would walk to Wing on our Summer Breaks from John E. Ford elementary. 3 Wings, piece of bread and Curly fries with hot sauce and ketchup please!!! Always fresh and perfect size! I glad they’re still in motion cause the food still tastes great. I can still pull the meat off the bone easily! And I was today years old when I found out their Name lol cause we just called it “The Wing Place” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“I was on my lunch break and thought that most of my time would be wasted waiting on food. However, they did not disappoint. I was in abd out of there within 8 minutes. Marysa thanks for your help with helping me eat and get back to work with a time to spare. Check them out and my food was fresh and good!!!“
“There isn't a lot of seating here so on the busy days it can get kind of crowded with no where to wait inside. However, the manager was training a new hire and I couldn't even tell she was new! I had to wait a long time for my order but it was a larger order and there were only 2 people working so I didn't mind too much. They were friendly and welcoming and my order was perfect! Also this location is VERY clean!!“
“Christmas eve. I ordered ahead. Everyone was super friendly from the cashier to the manager. Food was hot and fresh and really the best experience I have had at wing stop. Usually I use caution because a lot of wings stops are full of rude customers AND employees. NOT THIS TIME. I appreciate you guys working Christmase eve and I appreciate the quick, fast, excellent service.

“It's hit or miss. When they get it right, it's amazing. When they get it wrong, they REALLY get it wrong. And I always seem to wait longer than I should for me order. They never call my name as soon as the order is ready. I have to go up and ask if my name is on one of the bags and it is and it's been sitting there a while.That said, the Louisiana Rub is brilliant and I'm addicted to it.Check your order before you leave, tho. They forget how to count sometimes.“
“Hard working people still doing it right especially with the brownies. Still open through the construction ! The best brownies around with large chocolate semi-sweets and a gooey good to the last crumb, stirring up a craving for more. The hospitality the hard working employees show to their guests is outstanding and I would recommend this Wingstop over all of them“
“I have been getting my Wingstop in which I’d love from Nashville. I moved to Jacksonville and they were so much smaller. That was a little disappointing but they were still good. I’m thankful I got 15 instead of 10 as I usually got I will try it again and hopefully they’ll be bigger. Still delicious.“
“I see they have bad rating but on this day September 19th as I entered to pick up my doordash order. The service was absolutely amazing and big shout out to Erris he was very nice. I would hire him to run my business. There were 3 people working and everyone was pleasant. My wait was minimal.“

“So I noticed a lot of people are upset because the food takes so long here. I've been coming here for a while and I usually order online only and I think they do a pretty good job if you give them a while to prepare. This is the first time I stayed in the restaurant while they gave me a 15 to 20 minute wait time for three chicken sandwiches and some fried corn. During that time I noticed a lot of customers waiting and a lot of door dashers waiting. They were waiting just as long as I was. Some of the orders were very large and the staff stayed very busy and vigilant. I think the online orders disguise how busy this restaurant actually is. I asked for a refund and told them I had to go and they said I would be next but I declined respectfully. The manager came and apologized. I told them they usually do a good job but I came during a busy time and I won't make that mistake again. I think if the online orders were represented by customers actually in the restaurant the line wrapping around the block. If you place an order here probably double your wait time or simply call and ask where you are at in queue.“
“After several years of not visiting Wingstop due to a previous less-than-satisfactory experience, I decided to give it another try in honor of National Wing Day. Anticipating a busy crowd, I placed my order ahead of time and I’m glad I did. Despite how busy it was, the service exceeded my expectations. The young dark skin gentleman at the front was exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive to every customer, including myself. His positive attitude and hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience. The food was fresh and well-prepared. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely consider returning in the future.“
