“The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. The room itself was small but comfortable. You have to ask for a coffee machine. I would have liked a kettle to make tea. Or they should offer tea with the Nespresso machine that you need to request. The bathroom was very nice. The main pool was beautiful and so was the beach. They offer a Tesla shuttle service to Worth Avenue if you want to go shopping ort to a restaurant. It was a unique experience.“

“My daughter is very picky with ice cream and saw a Facebook ad requesting we go. We went and ordered 4 different things in the hopes she’d eat something. She finished her entire ice cream and literally gave it a thumbs up. Usually she eats 1-2 bites and says she’s done. My 2 year old swapped between his and mine because he couldn’t decide what was better. My husband finished his first and doesn’t usually eat ice cream. We got strawberry sorbet, Greek yogurt, Belgium chocolate, chocolate hazelnut Oreo-one was made into a sandwich nothing but deliciousness!“

“I’ve been looking forward to this 16 Handles opening, and overall the space has a lot going for it. There is plenty of parking (front, side, and back), a solid selection of soft-serve flavors including vegan options, a toppings bar, and the familiar pay-by-the-pound setup.

The outdoor seating area is especially nice for families, with turf and a kid-friendly layout that allows parents to relax. However, it’s fairly small and fills up quickly during busy times.

What noticeably impacted the experience was the lack of customer interaction. The owners appeared to be present but did not greet customers, explain the self-serve process, or check in at any point. While some people may be familiar with frozen yogurt shops, first-time visitors aren’t always, and basic guidance or a welcome would go a long way.

With its location, family-friendly setup, and product variety, this 16 Handles has strong potential. A more welcoming and engaged customer service approach would greatly improve the overall experience.“

Their decoration matches that. We usually order them in milkshake form, as they taste very good and are better suited for when we are on-the-go. Parking: If You overshoot the parking lot or carvel entrance and find yourself in the walmart parking lot ,don't worry. You can still get to carvel from there by driving thru the Walmart parking lot . Go all the way to the right of the lot near the road and you can and then take the little 'tiny driveway' entrance and and it will dump you in the little strip mall next door with subway DandD and Carvel in it.

“If OZZY BATISTA still owns an operates the store, it's a great place to go and eat and even sit down once in awhile - if there's a chair or two available. He is a very nice man, I've known him for over 10 years. He may not remember me because I'm one of those guys "if you see me you know who I am" though you may not know me by name. I'm sure he trains his own staff because they're all very consistent. The store is clean, the self-serve freezer is well stocked, the counters, the service area plastic food shields, the machines - everything is clean. I've never seen anything dripping on the floor or garbage on the floor, even in the customer area. I used to live in Century Village almost right around the corner and went there all the time. Now I live about 3 mi. away down Haverhill Road and I'm trying to contact the store. The number is not taking calls, but I needed to FAX Ozzie something and I don't see a FAX number. I wanted to ask him about donating a small 3 to 5 person ice cream cake to celebrate the nurses at the free clinic where I am forced to go because I cannot afford to pay for health care. It Is Wednesday night December 18th at 8:51 p.m. I'll try again tomorrow Thursday December 18th in the morning, before the lunch crowd. I hope I can get in touch with Ozzy - Even if he's not able to donate and deliver a small cake three miles south down Haverhill Road, I wanted to say hello and remember myself to him. “This is possibly the best ice cream/customer service I’ve ever had….from how perfect and delightful the conversation was, to how sweet the ice cream tasted. Yes the ice cream was fantastic, but what was TRULY fantastic is absolute fine CHARLEY behind the counter. “If you have to read a review about Hoffman's chocolates you need to simply go to your closest store and sample everything. Been enjoying this since the early '90s, live out of state and every time I come back have to hit this door up for a multitude of goods including the best chocolate covered pretzels, milk, available anywhere. Had the best service with Christine on a Friday morning purchase. This place is consistent and when everything has really dropped after COVID, there has been absolutely no change in the quality of their products. Go now!

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian is not vegan. I think everything here is vegetarian. If you are a vegan you have very selective and restrictive food choices and you would need to ask but I am sure they have options.

Kid-friendliness: This is a chocolate store and also has ice cream in the back. Kids are always welcome and will enjoy everything they have.“

Staff does the very minimum, but it is DIY. As with all of these places, you wind up getting way more than you need and spending way more than you should ($16 for one cup of fro-yo)“
