My order was rung up wrong and I asked them for the correct item and Heather was really rude. She literally snatched the bag of food from my hand Took all the food out and slammed it on the counter. Added the correct item and threw all my food back in the bag. When I asked her name she wouldn’t tell. I don't usually go to fast food restaurants but one day, at the end of June, my Mom wanted an original chicken sandwich. Brought it home and it was not prepared correctly. I immediately called and spoke with the Manager, Ashley. She said I could come back in; however, it was already dinner time and I was not going back out.
