“I had gone a long while without eating Zaxby’s. I’ve been here twice in about 2 weeks and it has been PERFECT both times. My orders have been exactly as I asked for them. Staff has been pleasant. “Pricey of food. Six dollar pizza should be 4 bucks. Mac n cheese needs to be bigger sizes for the price. Custom food shouldn't be charged. They burgers i guess are worth the price. Just over price food like i said. The Night shift of the two gentlemen are very fun, outspoken (one of them) and will do his all to make you happy and satisfied. They listen and remember the norms and treat them like family. The other guy is quiet but listen for next time your order your food. Very kind. The night shift other employees (2 ladies) weren't really outspoken or whatnot. They will bag the customer food in front of me (they only had an hoagie or so) i had three items and didnt get a bag, i had to carry it, while had my wallet and keys in my hand. I guess they only bag mobile orders. Lady cashier (night shift 4am) is very informative and helpful. Clean place, nice staff, but items are pricey.“

“Had a big mac meal and the fries were good, but the Big Mac was small. The bread and everything wasn't smaller than it used to be. I had not had one for a long time before this. I usually only get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast when I'm traveling. That's about it.“

“My Husband and I were traveling on I-75 in Florida and saw this KFC and decided it was time for lunch. You can never go wrong with choosing KFC. The restaurant was clean and also the restrooms were too. Ordering was easy and the food was hot and delicious. It was taking a few minutes for them to cook some fresh french fries and a guy came over to us to let know they would be ready soon. I call that good customer service.“
