“As soon as I walked in I was greeted, which is rare. I recieved my food in a breeze and in all honesty its the best Wingstop experience I've had. I got a regular fry and tenders; the fries were soo fresh and well seasoned and the chicken was also well seasoned and NOT GREASY, which is usually the experience. I appreciate this team for their standards to quality 👏 Thank you“

“The staff is always kind, helpful, efficient and fast
The good is made correctly and served you {I'm usually mins late for picking up.
The store is clean as are staff. The ordering process and payment options are quick, easy and, at this location, no extra fee to use a card. No parmesan cheese tho! They use to give a peppercconi and a packet of sub sauce but stopped. They'll give plates, napkins. The online deals are strictly online, in store cannot access these for you. I'd suggest this location to most anyone, them request an add on (where they buy me a pizza too!)

Complaint: I already was having issues with the reward program not actually adding them to my account before the rewards program ended... I coulda gotten 2 free pizzas, my mom could have used hers for the 3rd and then BOOM!
you should, to, provide customers“

“It is always so nice to go into a restaurant that actually cares about their work place. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming. The entire restaurant was clean. The General Manager, Leslie checked in on us a few times. Again your employees actually like their job. So glad we close to eat there today with our daily.“

“My Husband and I were traveling on I-75 in Florida and saw this KFC and decided it was time for lunch. You can never go wrong with choosing KFC. The restaurant was clean and also the restrooms were too. Ordering was easy and the food was hot and delicious. It was taking a few minutes for them to cook some fresh french fries and a guy came over to us to let know they would be ready soon. I call that good customer service.“

“Had lunch here Tuesday with a ole friend everyone was wonderful service was great and the food was amazing I definitely enjoyed my first visit here as I am from Kentucky“

“5 out 5 stars! Super friendly staff, our orders are always perfect and hot. LOVE the milkshakes. Took a bunch of lacrosse players there after practice and I think we have a new milkshake tradition!“

“Staff and food are always excellent...“

“The Staff and management are very friendly and helpful. They strive to make sure your experience is as wholesome as possible. If you ever have a problem this location readily listens and improves whatever you dont approve of. **Best Location in Gainesville in my humble opinion **“

“I come to Buffalo Wild Wings often because I enjoy the atmosphere and the food is always good, but this latest visit was disappointing. The service was far below their usual standard. We never received silverware or plates, and our table was completely skipped for water and the drinks we ordered. I love coming here, but I hope management addresses these service lapses so the quality matches the food and vibe.“

“Best Papa John's I've had in a while. All the food was cooked perfectly to order. We asked for extra garlic on the breadsticks and they made sure they did. Even gave an extra little cup of it on the side. Food was done in a great time. Only bad thing was there was a strange smell in the lobby, but I couldn't pinpoint what it was.“

“This particular branch of Pizza Hut has seen some outstanding improvement lately. I asked one of the employees about it and they told me that there is a new manager. The next time I went in I met her and could see that she was completely dedicated to the customer. It was great to see. I believe her name was Isabella Rose. Excellent job young lady! Keep up the fantastic work. My wife and I love your restaurant and are so grateful for the improvements that you have made, the focus on customer service and the special little touches like the holiday decorations. Good job! Keep it up!“
