My Husband and I were traveling on I-75 in Florida and saw this KFC and decided it was time for lunch. You can never go wrong with choosing KFC. The restaurant was clean and also the restrooms were too. Ordering was easy and the food was hot and delicious. It was taking a few minutes for them to cook some fresh french fries and a guy came over to us to let know they would be ready soon. I call that good customer service.
We used the drive thru so I can't rate the atmosphere. The cashier was very pleasant and so was the young man who gave us our food. The chicken and biscuit were hot and fresh. The coleslaw (my fave) was crunchy but not dry. I enjoyed every bite. I didn't have a fork in my bag but that was definitely not enough to undermine my experience. The food was delicious and the service was great!
The food is always phenomenal & hot. The bathrooms are always clean. The staff is very always very kind.
