His service from the time we sat down till the time we left was exceptional! “If you like breakfast or brunch you'll LOVE First Watch. It was recommended to me and I decided to go with my oldest son. We got a table right away. Everything was clean and tidy. The waitress was super nice and they had our food out quickly. The servings are huge. I got the brioche French Toast that came with a berry compote on the side and it was amazing! Cooked to perfection and the 2 HUGE slices filled me up! Also, they serve mimosas. I want to go back and try the specialty bacon that everyone was raving about. Oh, make sure you tell them exactly how you like your eggs. My son forgot and unfortunately they were a little runny. Also, he ordered an iced coffee thinking it was just like any regular iced coffee but it tasted like alcohol - be sure to read the menu thoroughly because several items are unique. The waitress was very polite about it and took it off our bill. Handicap parking close by and the waitress held the door open for us. Prices are $$. Including top, it was around $60 for our meal for 3 (we ordered a third plate to go). I will return, and it gets a thumbs up recommendation from me.

“Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, my girlfriend, my youngest son and I visited First Watch on Redbug Lake Rd in Winter Springs for my Birthday brunch, and I wanted to say we had a wonderful time. Although my girlfriend has visited several times before at a different location it was mine and my son's first time visiting First Watch, and we are super impressed. The food was very fresh and delicious and the presentation of our order was amazing. Our Server Jazlyn was very informative and helpful and she went above and beyond in her service to our needs. Afterwards the Manager Rick was also very kind and helped us out when buying goodies to take home. I highly recommend First Watch especially the one on Redbug Lake Rd in the Publix shopping center in Winter Springs, Florida.“

“Had breakfast this morning. Ordered Corn Beef Hash, scrambled eggs and grits. The Hash was great. The eggs were cold and the grits were the consistency of soup. My breakfast was brought to me by one of the cooks in the kitchen. The same server replaced the grits with hash browns. Have eaten there several times but today seemed like total chaos which I never experienced before. Regardless of these events this morning I will be back to eat there again.“

“Traveling through Orlando Late Saturday night was feeling a bit tired had spent two days packing and moving. My 10:00 pm transportation from Orlando to Ga. Was canceled. The next available transportation was not until 5:15 Am Sunday Morning A 7 hour wait, all of the hotels near by were booked. I was not hungry I needed to go some place to relax. The nearest 24 hour business open was I hop. I explain my situation and they were very accommodating. A comfortable booth in the rear. It was very clean Janel my waitress made me feel at home like a family member. Although I only had hot tea with lemon and onion rings it was absolutely hot and delicious.I felt so much better, I highly recommend this I Hop ask for Ms. Janel, She was generous with her kindness I was equally generous with my tip, she deserved it.“

“IHOP, is not a diner but it is a restaurant. I stopped in after the lunch rush and the restaurant was quiet. Almost empty. My server was a lovely woman who took great care of me. The restaurant is running a special right now, which lowers the cost considerably. I went with my usual and paid more. Unfortunately, the pancakes were a bit under cooked. Normally, the food is pretty uniform no matter where you are in IHOP World. Today, it was a little off. Thus my lower, rating.“
