“I am so happy that my favorite tofu stew place was open for lunch. Got to see Cherry and her sons who are the owners. Kevin, Jericho and Jerome are the three brothers that run this place. They are the nicest family run restaurant. I love how generous they are and how hard they work everyday. I’ve frequent here with my family for awhile. They have the best tofu soup. I always go with the assorted tofu soup and their popular stone bowled bibim bop. They also have really good galbi (marinated steak) and variety of side dishes. All their veggies are fresh and their dishes are authentic Korean. I love it so much! Thank you for making my day!“

“We already love Shin Jung, but, sadly, we aren’t there as often as I’d like. The food is fantastic, atmosphere is casual but comfortable and the service is friendly and efficient. I had the Dolsot Bibimbab served in a steaming, sizzling hot pot—beef, mushrooms, sprouts, cucumbers and shredded g carrots and radish. It was delicious on its own but adding the table sauces made it sing. Along with entrees comes a variety of Korean sides as is typical for this cuisine. It included, fish cakes, potato salad, paper thin sliced pickled radish and three Kimchi preparations—classic cabbage, as well as cubes of cucumber and radish. If the food wasn’t enough, our server, Julianna, made our lunch all the more pleasurable with her sweet demeanor and friendly nature. And it wasn’t just us. We watched how she served other diners with the same affable, yet professional treatment. Remember when I said we don’t get there very often? Well, when we walked in, Julianna (without knowing us at all) greeted us like we were regulars coming in for the hundredth time. “Food was delicious and service was excellent. I came with red meat eaters and opted to have something vegetarian. I was able to order off the a la carte menu and they made a veg bibimbap with tofu which was very tasty. They were also conscious of letting me know which items have shellfish due to my allergy.

The others got the all you can eat option and raved about the beef and pork, but the beef bulgogi was the standout that was ordered the most.“

“The fact that this joint is inside an Asian market was such a fun surprise! I got cold noodles, mul neungmyeon, which were refreshingly and delightfully cold and crisp. “This was a great fried chicken place. When ordering I 100% recommend getting sauce as the fried chicken is kind of dry alone. The chicken is really nicely breaded, hot and crisp. For sauce I recommend either honey barbecue, honey garlic, or soy garlic, but honestly I don’t think you can ever go wrong with any sauce . Great pricing for the amount of chicken you are getting. If you are going alone… a whole chicken is quite a bit unless you want to bring leftovers… I learnt that the hard way. 😝😋 The service lady was very sweet and kind. The staff while small works hard to ensure the customer gets their food at a reasonable time. They play K-pop music and have it on a small TV above the door which is also really nice if you are into that. If you are a guy keep your receipt as the bathroom code is on there, (but if you end up not getting it, you can always ask the person in the front for the code). Overall 10/10!“

“I have purchased many Groupon for Imperial Dynasty and was surprised by one review stating it was only good for lunch (in fine print she said). I have always used mine for dinners and lunch with no problem. They are for eat in only as stated in fine print. The restaurant is not 4 Seasons but the food is excellent and large portions I always go home with Doggie Bag.“

“We came here because of the positive celiac safe ratings and we’re not disappointed! The outside is very deceiving because it is small and not fancy but inside is quaint and minimalist but cute. They serve only bowls but the options are extensive. They are very well versed in food allergies and sensitivities, which was a relief as we have a family member with celiac disease and unable to eat dairy and soy as well. The cashier checked with the chef several times to ensure the ingredients met their restrictions and assured us that all precautions would be used to avoid cross contamination (separate prep area, glove change, etc). The portions were huge and they were delicious! The Korean fried chicken was good but very sweet, so be aware of that. The beef was so good! Cooked perfectly and very flavorful! Beware that parking is very challenging as they share a tiny lot with a cross fit and other businesses. We got lucky to get the only handicapped spot for my mom otherwise there was no parking. Definitely recommend to come here and we’ll be back to try more options!“

“Food tasted really good, just have a few complaints. I got a burrito with chicken and it was pretty much all rice. There were only a few pieces of chicken on both sides of burritos. The nachos were undercooked and a lot were floppy. Other than that it was all good food.

Your options are street parking or the plaza next to it. At least some of the spots are only for the office from 8am to 3pm so there shouldn't be any issues there.“
