While we waited in line for twenty minutes, at least six people walked out because nobody was working the counter to take any of our orders. The bathrooms smell so strongly of urine that we couldn’t sit in that half of the restaurant. Once we finally ordered (at 7:45 on a Wednesday night) it took well over half an hour to get our food. The past few times we’ve been here they give us spicy chicken when we order original.
The manager was rude and there was no one behind the counter after waiting for over five minutes and no one greeting you. I asked the manager if anyone was working the counter and instead of saying I will be with you in a moment. I was advised he was doing his best in a rude tone and he never even looked at me. I just left at that moment.A little kindness would go a long way in people understanding your short staffed.
