“I ordered through the app and requested Thai hot spice for my beef panang curry, and they absolutely nailed it. The flavor was rich, authentic, and perfectly spicy exactly how I like it. The spices were bold and on point.

The pork satay was also delicious tender, juicy, and perfectly grilled with a wonderful aroma of spices.

I’ll admit, I was crying while eating because it was that spicy but as a Thai person, losing face like this actually made me very happy 😄 That’s how I know the food is truly authentic.

Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves real Thai food.“

I’m a pad Thai enthusiast so I stick to that and it’s so good! All of the proteins are good! The spring rolls were tasty and fresh!! “Tucked away and a Longwood shopping plaza, you’ll find one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever eaten at.

The restaurant was small, but had a great crowd for a Friday night. The service was great, friendly staff and they moved quick.

We enjoyed several items from their menu, and might have had the best Pad Krapow outside of Thailand itself.

Will definitely be back.“

“I am gluten free and vegetarian and the staff was so helpful. If I had a question they promptly answered it and also gave me a dedicated gluten-free menu. I did not ask if there was a cross-contamination risk as I usually don't react to those. But I got the Panang curry with tofu medium spice and a Thai iced tea and both were great. I have plenty for leftovers too!“

The fried rice was delightful, and the Thai tea was a wonderful complement. “Tried the thai basil fried rice bowl with beef along with spinach and cheese eggrolls for the first time today, and it was a really pleasant surprise. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and the flavors were well-balanced without being overwhelming. I appreciate Diana taking the time to help build something that actually fit what I was craving.

The service was quick and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel smooth. Prices felt fair for the quality, and the bowl left me full without feeling heavy.

“I went recently for their Valentine’s Day event they had and I will say that the kitchen was VERY SLOW! But the food and the service was top tier. We were just getting very irritated with waiting so long for each item we ordered to come out. But my server BiBi was 1000000/10! Thanks to him, I would come back again. “Legitemately the best Chinese takeout of all time. My husband grew up with this place, when we met he introduced me and I knew I could never eat at any other Chinese takeout again! The quality at Wah Yoan is unmatched! We don't even live in the are anymore and I still send my husband 30 mins away to pick it up or willingly pay a long distance delivery fee specifically to get it from here. A problem I've had with other Chinese takeout places (besides quality in general) is the fried items always taste nasty like bad oil and chicken pieces are typically... odd. I'm very particular about chicken. At Wah Yoan though? I will eat an entire container of chicken without thinking twice! Their fried items are the absolute best as well. I love their egg rolls. It's hard to recommend one thing because actually everything is good, but I would say the honey chicken is a stand out! I will continuing spreading the Wah Yoan gospel, please never close shop!!“
