When I asked for tofu Pad Thai, the waitress asked me if I wanted egg, which in my experience is a question asked to clarify veganism. So I'm sure they could answer questions about which dishes could be made vegetarian/vegan.Parking: We were there for dinner on a weeknight and since other businesses were closed, it was easy to find a spot close to the restaurant.“

“it's casual cafe but love their foods... Starting with papaya salad and Tom Kha, a coconut milk soup that you can add any protein. I like it as it's full flavor but not heavy... Their seasoned fried fish is my favorite too along with fried rice. Grilled squid, sometimes a bit over cooked, so make it chewy...dessert, if you like sticky rice and durian, they have a good one“

“Delicious food, quick and friendly service, great menu with traditional dishes. The green papaya salad is a must for an appetizer, slightly spicy, just as a heads up. The volcano chicken is delicious. The Chinese broccoli hit the spot for a veggie dish. The thai iced tea was perfect. The only negative was that the tables for two people are small and close together, but that's just the design of the restaurant. It's a rather small location. But for a good, casual meal of Thai food, Charm is a winner. We'll be back! Enjoy!“

“I never knew from driving by a million times that this place was so nice on the inside! I happen to walk in to grab a delivery for Uber eats and was pleasantly surprised by the modern atmosphere. I knew I had to come back! I came in for lunch today and had a great experience. The food was delicious, the servers were so nice and the ambience was so peaceful. I got the lunch bento box and was not disappointed! Great price point and great quality. I will definitely be returning!“

“The restaurant is large and has many seats. The toilet space is very comfortable. There is an automatic aroma spraying device. The menu is rich. You can choose the dishes you want to eat. The food is served very quickly. The service is also very good. The food tastes good and is worth it. Come and try it! But it would be better if you could use chopsticks instead of bamboo chopsticks!“

“Love this place. The food is spot on 90% of the time. Every once in a while there is an off day, but for the most part, everything is delicious. We usually get the Drunken Noodles or Pad Thai. The Pineapple shrimp dish is either amazing or disappointing (there is no in between). Don't get spicy (or even a little spicy) unless you can handle your heat. The owners of the restaurant are the sweetest people. We bring friends here often and everyone usually leaves happy.“

She was the only one that attended the take out orders, the placing the order, everything. We felt a bit uneased as service is definitely not what we would praise about in that place. “I didn't know we even had this this in Altamonte Springs. It will definitely be considered one of my regular locations. I got to try their lunch combo with pad see ew. It was tantalizing to look at once it was placed in front of me. I ended up eating right away with the added chili powder they offered. It was delicious with chicken. The soup, salad, and spring roll were perfectly made. They all had the perfect flavor, and that soup was a surprise. The service was awesome and friendly. Our server explained some of the dishes to me in detail. The inside was nice and relaxing. The decor was really homey and perfect to create a relaxed feel. It gets busy around lunchtime, so definitely plan accordingly. See you guys again.“

“It’s alright, really nothing special but also not bad food at all. Mostly vegetables in my chicken dish, but it did taste good. There’s a few Thai places in the area we like a little more so would probably not decide to come back but not a bad experience at all.“

“We started with the gyoza. Great appetizer. For dinner we had the Volcano roll and the sweet and sour pork. The sushi was very good. The only thing I can say was lacking was the fried rice. It looked browned with soy sauce and very little egg with nothing else to it. Definitley not worth the $3.00 up charge. Service was good. The wait staff shares in helping each others tables. The restaurant was clean. I would eat here again.“
