“If I could give Neat a million stars for Jody, I would! This man made our girls trip! He was fun, accommodating, warm and welcoming. He gave us great recommendations and remembered us after meeting us once. We literally came back every single day because of him and his coworker, a female bartender with cute nails (I forgot to get her name). I can’t recommend this place enough for your drinks. 10/10“

“My husband and I married in October 2015 and randomly found this place. we have been back a couple times but just came again this year in October for our 10th anniversary. we love the amenities and that if you don't want to, you can park your car on Sunday when you arrive and not get in it again to Wednesday when you leave. so much in walking distance. Pier park is close by and only a 5 minute drive if that! the staff is overly friendly and helpful. the lady in the gift shop was so very kind and helpful to us. The guy that works at the beach stand for chairs and other rentals, Nate, is the nicest guy and so helpful! we have super enjoyed our time. the only sad part is leaving so soon!!! we wish we could extend our stay!!! The lazy river is a favorite!! we only had one day for sight seeing/lazy river and pool. then another day for the ocean. that's our fault for arriving so late our first day! we recommend this to so many people!! I must note, if you're looking for a four star hotel, this isn't it. If you're on a budget and looking for a decent place to stay, this is it. they have updated some stuff since we were here last but it could use some more work. stuff is a little outdated. but I haven't seen one bug in our room. there was a clump of string and hair on the shower curtain but it looks like it happened in the wash and wasnt caught when it was hung up. the bed was soft and nice. I didn't wake up sore at all. overall its a good place. a lot to do and convenient.“

“The C-Bar is the perfect to-go spot for drinks while walking around Seaside! My favorite drink is the coconut mojito. My husband asked for a traditional daiquiri, which wasn’t on the menu, and he loved it as well. Highly recommend The C-Bar, and can’t wait to visit again soon!“

“On our bike ride from Seaside to Alys Beach, we fell upon old Florida fish house by accident about halfway. It’s right on 30a as you cross a bridge over in waterway. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it is the coolest place. You will feel like you’re in a different place eating outside in there. They were serving a Sunday brunch when we arrived. We saw a bloody Mary bar and we decided to stay. The bloody Mary’s were delicious. We ordered three breakfasts and we enjoyed them all. We had the eggs with a duck fat potatoes, and it was delicious. Our friends had avocado toast with egg and one of them had avocado toast with smoked salmon. They had a pretty accommodating gluten-free options.I can’t even explain what it’s like in there. They even had music playing in the garden.It was such a nice find. We will definitely make it back there. Next time we come to Seaside. \nJust stop in and look.“

“Bud & Alley's is the best waterfront dining in Seaside and likely all of 30A. The breakfast is particularly excellent, and the staff is attentive and kind. They fed our large group and everyone loved it. The Longleaf Writers Conference is a big fan of Bud & Alley's - a supporter of our local educational outreach program for ten years! (The rooftop bar for sunset can't be missed.)“

“We went here last night 6.19.25 & Paris was our waitress and she went above and beyond. This place was packed from the moment it opened, we were her first night table of 12& she instantly had a bigger table of 15 and she handled both with grace and the most professionalism! We will 100% be back because of the food and Paris! Also, the food was so amazing. Great portion sizes! Outside there is a pool full of alligators that you can look at while you wait!“
