“Great local place. We sat at the bar and had a fun night. Bartender was very knowledgeable and attentive on top of being a real cool dude in general. We had the shrimp/grits and the gumbo which were very tasty. If you're not sitting at the bar prepare to wait for a table.“

My then fiancée had never been in and the bartender made her a delicious Mermaid Tail, then we went out on the deck and took advantage of the many photo ops. “They have food now! It's absolutely delicious. Got the hot mess burger and it's the best burger I've had in PC. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu they have way more than burgers. The prices are better than anywhere else in St Andrews or downtown too. Great vibe inside and they opened up the other half for seating. “This is one of my favorite places in town I love Uncle Ernie's and when I want to show somebody a good time a beautiful view and great food I take them to Uncle Ernie's. My son even got married last week we had a small wedding and after the wedding we had to Uncle Arnie's. Uncle Ernie's is my everything restaurant“

“I am a platinum IHG member who stays at this hotel at least once every year. I love everything about this place and it is the only hotel in PCB where I'll ever stay. On some visits, we never leave the hotel because everything you could ever need is right there. My only complaint about my 9/2023 stay is the way we were treated by a member of the hotel staff on our last night. We were walking through the parking lot on our way back from dinner. One member of our party happened to exhale vape smoke in the hotel parking lot. That prompted one of the hotel staff to become very rude and order us to the smoking area. He was so rude that we chose to simply walk past him and not even acknowledge that he was talking to us. I do understand that the hotel is completely smoke free but that staff member could obviously tell from our wristbands that we were hotel guests and could have been a little friendlier toward us. Because I did not want to ruin the last night of our vacation, I chose to let this event slide. However, if another staff member of this hotel is ever rude towards me or any other members of my party during future stays, I will immediately report them to hotel management. After all, my visits help to pay the salaries of the staff members and if I am not treated respectfully, I can find another hotel to support.“
“We Wanted a quick snack after visiting St Andrews State Park. Stopped by Dockside. We were greeted with a smile and welcomed to sit up on the patio. WOW! Beautiful view of the docks and bay. So many pelicans. My husband also saw a dolphin. We had the fried shrimp basket. Yummy. A memory made!“
“This place is pretty interesting to say the least. It didn't seem like a tourist type of vibe. The drinks were strong and the price was right. Everyone was friendly and the dress is come as you are. So I felt comfortable and right at home. The bartenders took good care of me. I had heard that the music was good here and it was, guests played their own selections from a jukbox. The outside area looked nice. I would recommend this place if you want a taste of the local scene in Panama city without paying a lot of money.“
“Outstanding. We were passing through on Easter Sunday and decided to try it. All reservations were full but there was a place at the bar for my wife and I. Will and Derrick were the best bar tenders. We loved the bloody Mary’s. But the highlight was absolutely the eggs Benedict on home made crab cakes. The accompanying Parmesan grits were awesome too. Thank you for a great food experience and service. We’ll definitely be back.“
“I think this is the place Toby Keith was singing about when he wrote "I Love This Bar". If you were in the teens in the 60's during the Hippie Movement, this is it...looks like it was frozen in time and reopened just as it it was back then. It gives you that "just one more" feeling and you don't want to leave. I think I'll have my funeral service in this bar...what a way to go!!!“
“A great experience each visit. Games on the 6 televisions with lots of fun company to banter with. Margherita's aplenty, Captains punch flowing on a steady basis kept the laughs going well into a beautiful sunset. Highly recommend for that twice a year special evening of fun for grown-ups.“
