“First Watch, Riverview, FL is our favorite location. Today we had LeAnn as our waitress, and I must say that she has been the best thus far. She was very tentative and brought our food out as soon as it was ready, and this was the hottest our food has ever been by the time it got to our table. We had two meals, but I only took a picture of one. We are thankful for her professionalism.“

“Visiting from Idaho and stopped in here for breakfast absolutely worth it! The bagels are fresh, perfectly chewy, and taste just like the ones up north (maybe even better). The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the vibe is laid-back Florida in the best way. Definitely a new favorite spot whenever I’m back in town!“

“Himes Breakfast House is an absolute gem in Riverview! The service is truly amazing. You feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment you walk in. The pancakes are hands down the best in the area: fluffy, delicious, and perfectly made every single time.
A special shout-out to Lisa, who is a true standout: personable, attentive, and always on top of things, but honestly, the entire staff is on point and incredibly friendly. They work together seamlessly and create a warm, family-style atmosphere. If you're looking for a great breakfast spot where the food is excellent and the service makes you want to return again and again, Himes Breakfast House should be at the top of your list.“

“Traveling home to Sarasota from Kissimmee and stopped at the IHOP for some good pancakes and were lucky enough to get Jamie as our server :)
She is incredible and attentive and could tell I was freezing in the corner booth and suggested to get me to a warmer spot without me even asking.
She made our breakfast break even better.
We will hit the road with a smile and a great start to the rest of our day.

“Let me tell you about my waitress. She was awesome. Linsey handled 6 tables at 1am . And my order was perfect. Everything I wanted. She was late with the coffee but that's because it was fresh i was so hungry and I could have not asked for any better. She held IHOP down tonight“

“On a scale of 1 - 10, I rate this place 100! Eggs Up is my weekly Sunday hangout! Ever since relocating to Riverview in 2020, I made this my usual hangout! Everyone is so welcoming and the food is delicious! Special fist bumps go out to Amaya, Jackie, Lisa, Ary, T, Liz, and the Boss! But they are all super nice! My favorites include the Bananas Foster French Toast, the Baja Chicken Omelette, and the Creme Brûlée French Toast! They have healthy options too, which I have now started to order! :) I will occasionally bring a friend to dine here and will always bring my sister when she visits from Rhode Island. But I recommend them to everybody!! Thank you for making me feel so welcome, Eggs Up!! You are all sp-egg-tacular!!“
