“I literally have to leave this review as i’m driving. This was the BEST Dunkin I have ever been to in my life. Frozen coffee was perfect temperature, not too cold not too warm. Grilled Cheese was made perfectly, with so much cheese. The hashbrowns were a perfect crispy golden brown. Hats off to the GM, Managers, and Team Members. This has to be the most well ran Dunkin out of all their stores. I never leave reviews, but I was so blown away by the quality and hospitality. I will definitely be making this my new Dunkin spot, even if it’s 30 min away.“

“I come about 2 times a week and every time has been wonderful. The employee are always so nice and helpful. One time they even went above and beyond for my daughter. She is 4 and had some sad news that day. She wanted chocolate milk but unfortunately they were out. One of the lovely employees had made her chocolate milk and it was such a small juster , but it meant so much to us. I am very grateful for their thoughtfulness!“

“It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s not a 5 star restaurant. If you want gourmet, this is not the place, so don’t rate it as such. Cheap coffee, cheap breakfast, cheap donuts. (relatively cheap anyway, everything is expensive everywhere) I’ve gone through drive through or sat inside about 50 times in the last year. I got what I ordered, paid what I expected, and it tasted as I expected. The inside is clean. Do I need to be greeted? No, I don’t. I go to Disney for that type of customer service, and I pay a lot more for it, too. If you are one of those “entitled” people, go somewhere else and everyone will be happier. :)“

“I stopped in on Friday to buy some sweets for a co worker's birthday and was greeted by Emi. Her smile was warm and her personality was even better. I don't drink coffee often but since I am moving to Apollo Beach today I decided to stop by today for a coffee and Emi was at the counter again and I can testify that Friday wasn't a fluke. She is exactly what any business owner to want at the front line. So many businesses are struggling to find good employees and it's obvious when I walk into a store and get the employee doesn't want to be there and you are inconveniencing them by asking for help. Not only does Emi deserve recognition but she deserves a raise also!!“
