Panda Express offers a generally positive dining experience with a focus on good food and friendly service. Customers appreciate the hot and yummy food, especially dishes like orange chicken with white rice and noodles. The staff is often praised for being professional, courteous, and working well as a team, even during busy times. The restaurant manages to serve a steady flow of customers, including drive-thru and pickup orders from DoorDash and Uber Eats, while maintaining cleanliness.
While the food quality is consistently appreciated, some customers note that it can sometimes be cold or not prepared exactly as expected, such as fried rice that could be better or crab ragoon that is not typical. The restaurant staff handles challenges well, with employees managing long lines, stocking food, and dealing with technical issues like card reader problems with understanding and empathy. Customers also mention that staff members handle difficult situations gracefully, even when faced with rude customers or technical delays.
Customer service experiences vary; some report frustration during busy hours or minor miscommunications, but overall, the staff’s efforts to be helpful and understanding are recognized. The restaurant has become a welcome addition to the area, and many customers look forward to returning for the food and friendly atmosphere. Despite minor flaws, Panda Express is viewed as a good place for quick, tasty meals with attentive staff.
