This was our first visit and we had a great experience. We had the chicken parm and the eggplant parm. Both were delicious and the portions were generous. We will definitely be back for dinner and we’d like to try breakfast. The ladies were all very nice and most importantly to me it was very clean inside.
champs 3 is the best! the quality of the food and the price is excellent, the staff is always wonderful, this is the place to go in Arcadia, they are also open for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings !

Champ's III is a restaurant that can be hard to find but is worth it. The food is consistently good, especially the Italian dishes and the evening menu. Specific favorites include the Very good Clam Chowder, the excellent Chicken & Biscuit, and the Tour of Italy. The Chicken Parm is also excellent. For dessert, the 8 layer cake is amazing. The place is often busy with families and provides good value for the price.
