“Amazing food and service, I recommend this place for locals but it's kinda pricey though. I recommend getting a Veggie Pizza or the meat lovers pizza and their Stromboli's are to die for. And service was good but nothing extraordinarily. So if you're in the area this is a good spot.“

“Best breakfast I have ever eaten!!I Googled breakfast restaurants near me and found Big John's Eatery. I ordered the breakfast bowl with grits. It had scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon and sausage. The grits are to die for!! The service was outstanding. The staff are friendly and really sweet. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. John walked the dining room and introduced himself and spoke with everyone, told us a little about the place. Overall an excellent experience. Great food, reasonable prices. I ordered the hummus appetizer platter which was a little basic (hummus in a jar topped with olive tapenade, crackers and pickled vegetables)but flavorful. Overall a great experience!Parking: I parked in the parking garage which was pricy. If you’re visiting Drift I suggest the Valet parking as the hostess can validate your parking ticket.“

“After getting a recommendation, I stopped by to get a canoli. While I was there I checked out the menu, prices seemed reasonable, with excellent lunch specials.Best canoli ever!! The shell was not soggy, I'm guessing they fill to order..The shell was crispy and tasted good. Usually the shell is just the crunch for filling. “6 Stars! I was recommended Bono by another hotel guest. I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese and a small cheese calzone. They DID NOT DISAPPOINT! It arrived hot and I was surprised how good this carry out was. Everything tatsed fresh and was full of flavor. Extra parmesean or red peppers weren't even needed, as it would have ruined it. The only "blah" thing was the garlic rolls, which were a bit stale....but, who cares when the actual food is this good. Definitely one of the best take outs I've had....ever. Will be eating there again this trip.“

“Great Italian restaurant that had plenty of options. We tried the smoked prosciutto appetizer which was really bomb. I had the lasagna for my entree and it was tasty. My coworkers got some burgers and they looked very good. Another got the signature cheese pizza and it was pretty good. Everything we ordered was so delicious!! Each of us ordered an appetizer. The garlic Parmesan chicken wings were a favorite, nice, and crispy. My son had the calamari, which he devoured. And we also got the lamb chops that were so tender and juicy. For entrées I got the shrimp fra diavolo, I didn't realize it was spicy, but it was good nonetheless. My husband ordered the chicken carbonara, which had a nice creamy homemade sauce. My son ordered a 14" cheese pizza, which we enjoyed tasting as well and will be back for more. Also, the tirimisu was light and flavorful, definitely a favorite for me. Luna was our server she was very sweet, pleasant, and polite. “Our favorite gourmet market in the area!!! This locally-owned market sells wine/beer/champagne, groceries (European-inspired), cured meats and cheeses, and imported spices and ingredients. It also has a café and bar inside! We love going on the weekend to have a mimosa and a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel! The breakfast sandwich is soooo tasty, we love it!! Always VERY fresh. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful, the owner always comes over and says hello, and they really make you feel like family. Make sure if you live across the street at The Prado you mention it to get 10% off!!“

Scan the card as many times as you can in that hour. You can also pause the cars for bathroom breaks and eating. Food was decent. This was the absolute BEST stromboli I've had in that entire time! The ingredients were fresh and even the dough with garlic on it was incredible. The mozzarella tasted like quality cheese and I think there might have been some provolone in it also. I did hit a chunk of raw, (fresh,) mushrooms in the middle, but I was bringing it home so I ate around that and then cooked the leftovers in the air fryer. I'm so sad I didn't buy 2 now. Look, I'm serious here, I fully intend to drive the 4 hours round trip to eat here again. Maybe get some extras to freeze. It's that good. You read menu changes daily, check the menu only to see a handful of dishes sourced from local farms. When they have the time to get everything ready before dinner service and then just get to have a good time plating food, it's awesome.
