“Stumbled across Drift while visiting Delray Beach and stopped in for a cocktail. Drift has a wonderful atmosphere with many indoor and outdoor casual dining options. Our server Justin J. was friendly, attentive and suggested the Carlisle Cocojito as a guest favorite. My cocktail was refreshing and smooth. I ordered the hummus appetizer platter which was a little basic (hummus in a jar topped with olive tapenade, crackers and pickled vegetables)but flavorful. Overall a great experience!Parking: I parked in the parking garage which was pricy. If you’re visiting Drift I suggest the Valet parking as the hostess can validate your parking ticket.“

Just like my Italian grandmother used to make from scratch. It doesn’t have a pizza restaurant flavor, it has a homemade flavor. And as promised, nice and thin. “We stopped for lunch today to try our first visit. The ambiance is very nice. Light and bright and clean! Our server was prompt, friendly, menu knowledgeable, and attentive. The Caprese salad was excellent, with housemade pesto that was superb. The meatballs on the sub were the best I've eaten in South Florida. We couldn't resist the gelato, and it didn't disappoint. “Being originally from New York, it's hard to find good Italian food. But long and behold, I found it! It's been a while since I wrote a review but Papa Giuseppe's deserves the recognition. Their prices are more than reasonable, considering the portions and amazing quality in food they're providing, you won't get a better deal, service and great tasting food anywhere else. My family has made this their regular spot. So much so, that I eat here/order for delivery at least once a week. I threw my mothers surprise birthday party reserving the place out, I take dates here and always recommend this spot to my friends and co-workers. I eat here so much they allow me to park in employee parking and walk through the back like I own the place. They make you feel like family even if they barely recognize you. Forget about it being the best Italian restaurants in miles, I consider it one of the best restaurants anywhere!“

“Terrific pizza, among the best we have had in Florida. Keep in mind, New Haven pizza (apizza- pronounced ah-BEETZ, hence the name of this place) is THE best. It is thin crust with a char to it- NOT burned- and has a great sauce flavor enhanced by the cheese- but not overwhelmed by it.So saying they are ‘New Haven Style Pizza’ sets the bar at the highest level.We still have a couple other New Haven style places to check out but Ah-Beetz in Delray Beach is second (so far) to Fantini’s New Haven Style Apizza in Stuart, FL.Definitely worth checking out! “I found this awesome pizza / taco restaurant by chance. Was looking for something different and I was not disappointed. I had the sirloin tacos with guacamole & pickled onions. The service was amazing and so the was the food. For dessert I had the chocolate mousse and it was perfect, they also offered a Keylime pie which looked delicious and tiramisu. I guess being that they’re a bakery ,they also had triple chocolate chip cookies. I was able to try one because one of the other customers in there was sharing their cookies and they were so good. First time I was in a rush and needed something before I take my kid to The Little Gym next door, I had a chicken salad sandwich...nothing special but it was delicious and perfect. Usually people just can't get the chicken salad part right, they did an excellent job. The second visit I decided I wanted to try their pizza. Small cheese pizza was delicious with their orgreno topping and buttered crust. Would definitely be coming back. Also I forgot to mention their cutlery and plates were really nice and the place was always very clean and spotless. The owners definitely are about their food and the service they provide.“

The crust isn't too hard or too soft, and the sauce isn't overbearing. My only recommendation would to be to offer a spicier pepperoni meat. With that being said, I still think it's a 5 star spot! Staff is so nice and it's always an enjoyable experience walking in the store. This is a great option if looking for pizza to-go in the Boynton Beach or Delray area.“

Would have given 5 stars except some is the prices are a little high, especially drinks, and in season on weekends you may have to wait 20 minutes or longer even with a reservation. Nice happy hour at the bar but usually tough to get a seat. During prime time the parking lot fills up and you may have to ride around to get a spot. There is valet across the parking lot near Burt and Max.“

Just be aware they bake all the pizzas in the same oven as wheat dough, so not recommended for those with celiac disease. I would say the flavor of the gluten-free crust is a 7.5/10, but the texture is a 5/10. It was thin and crispy, but quite tough as well. It was not too difficult to eat, and still preferable to a soggy crust or cauliflower crust in my opinion.
