My first time at any firehouse subs today.I had to tell the guy who made my cheese steak, that it was the best I ever had.it was amazing. The 3 stars was because ,to be honest, $20 for a sandwich, med drink and med chips is kind of expensive

Customer service is absolutely the best!
Order your pickle separate from your food and have an extra one, they are delicious, extremely fresh, and juicy. No one wants a soggy sandwich.

I can’t say enough good things about the service at this restaurant. The staff is incredibly accommodating for minor changes and goes the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. Special thanks to Melvin keep smiling and never let anyone and I mean anyone dim your light
