I had a pizza delivered today that was missing a topping that I ordered. Called the store to tell them and the manager answered. After I told him about the missing topping he then started yelling and called me a liar! Then hung up on me! Unbelievable and this was the so called manager acting this way!
This is absolutely the worst customer service Papa John’s.
Not only would they not resolve the issues they turned it on me. All I wanted was a Large Pizza …how hard is that.
So I sit in the parking lot for 30min waiting again. When I go in they said they canceled the order because they did not like my attitude on asking how much longer.
