“I called Pizza hut and customer Service placed my order at the wrong location, so when I arrived for my pizza they had no pizza for me, which I was kinda disappointed about.Alex, one of the employees told me he could help me and took my order and apologized for the inconvenience which wasnt his fault. I had just got off from work and was overly tired and hungry, but he definitely made the 15mins worth the wait. Thank you Alex for you great customer service ? And the pizza looked amazing ? I will be ordering again.“
“Pizza Hut since when did we have to start paying for parmesan cheese if it's because y'all decided to put it in the nice small little container then give us a packets back for free a little container is nice and all but when you have the packets we didn't have to pay for them pizzas already expensive everything's expensive but we didn't used to have to pay for crushed red peppers and parmesan cheese but I guess in 2025 we do, I want the packages back cuz they were free when I already bought pizza, other than that I love this Pizza Hut never have any problems, food is always made nice and right, service is always good and the store is always clean.“
