I adore this Starbucks spot in the Aventura Mall, especially for their convenient online ordering service. The only drawback is the extra charge for light ice. The customer service is exceptional. Whenever I've placed mobile orders and visited the bustling pick-up section, the staff has graciously provided extras like water and a pup cup without any inconvenience. Although the customer service wasn't that prompt, overall this Starbucks isn't too bad. There was no a wait during my visit and although I watched the barista make my drink wrong (with milk) he caught his mistake, tossed the drink, and grabbed a new cup to make my milk-free frappe. It was appreciated as I have a milk sensitivity. So strange. There used to be another Starbucks in the Aventura mall but that one closed. Now, the only one here is inside Macy's - I actually have never seen that before but ok. The lines were crazy long - there is a Starbucks bicycle in there with a basket -not sure why. I was able to get my passioned iced tea - just the way I like it - plain - I was able to use my app (I read prior reviews that said otherwise).
