Had a huge issue with my points and my rewards. Manager Luis was fantastic. H e was nice and friendly. Went above and beyond to make my order right !Wish all managers were like him!!!
I preordered with the app, arrived and was told they did not have what was needed for the turtle latte And they didn't have the sour cream donut,n neither one was available. Their truck had not arrived as of yet and was due today. Mind you this was not first thing in the morning when I did order, it was after Noon. So needless to say nothing tasted quite as good as it could have had they had any of what I ordered originally.

It took forever to get a hot coffee at the counter with flavor, cream and sugar. The man made it gave to the drive-thru then it had to be thrown out so we had to wait for another one.
