Food was deliciousand the service was great and friendly!! They accidentally forgot one of my sandwiches and realized it once the uber driver was already on his way. One of the employees personally drove it out to me. And apologized for the mix up. I have no complaints accidents happen and they went above and beyond to make up for it. I highly recommend giving them a try.
Take out food is always great. I've seen people say missing items which I experienced before but I think they have corrected the problem. Been months since I've had any problems.

Smackbird Hot Chicken offers delicious food and great, friendly service. While there have been occasional mix-ups with take-out orders, the restaurant goes above and beyond to correct them. Their hot chicken provides a very hot kick, with some finding the spice intense but the meat delicious, especially with the sauce. Diners recommend trying it.
