“We live close to the restaurant, and finally tried it out a few months ago, ...and WOW!! It exceeded our expectations. These guys know ALL about flavor, and how to maximize it. Iwas blown away by the burgers!! So was my husband. And the seasonings for the shrimp and chicken...out of this world!! The texture and golden brown crispness of the fries...perfection. The owners make you feel like family. And it seems that their menu has just about anything you could possibly be craving!!“

“Whaylon made our night! With 4 of us in the car and a minor app/payment fail, Whaylon had us cracking up, handed us all our food, wished me a happy birthday, and sent us off with a birthday shake, kids and I drove off happy and still laughing. Thanks Whaylon!!!!!“

“The staff that is working tonight was awesome. I didn't get any names but there was a young tall guy that took my order that was super nice and helpful and the ladies who cooked the food were also super kind. They deserve some sort of recognition from management for having such great customer service skills, especially since I walked in 30 minutes before closing!“

“Really good food and fantastic people! I stopped by to get a gyro just as they were closing up and instead of turning me away they welcomed me in and put my meal together. I have stopped in before but always earlier in the day. They really make sure that their customers are happy and well taken care of. I have enjoyed every meal I've had from here. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen!“

“I loved this restaurant it was the best one I been to yet, on the 24 th I had server tanya, we have the boubon chicken, with an appetizer and just a beer, and her customer service was the best I have seen yet. “I drive from Palmetto every day to Hardee’s here on 19, they are always so friendly and happy every time I walk in they’re so fast getting my food ready for me. The manager Angel is absolutely amazing. The place wouldn’t be the same without her. She is a joy to see every morning. The food is always hot fresh and amazing.“

“Out of my last 3 orders, they have all been correct. Food is always hot and they make sure u have napkins and ask if u want sauces before handing over ur food. All workers I've met have been professional and polite.
Will continue to eat here instead of McDonald's!!

“One of the best fast food burger places, along with 5 Guys, and Shake Shack. However, Culver's has a much more extensive menu, with the fish sandwich being the best of any fast food place. Being cod is a big deal, in my opinion. They also have ice cream in many choices, as well as milkshakes and floats. The diet root beer is a plus for diabetic like me.“

“Dine in last week was great because you expect to be there a bit and sit down in the ac. I do not suggest to order online, because eventhough you order online you can wait longer than the dine in and drive thru. I ordered online for pick up and still waited 20 minutes past our pick up time while watching drive thru orders get faster service. They even forgot the sauce with the orings and forgot another order of orings and when it cane out after informing then, they still forgot that sauce as well and have tp once again ask for it. The food is great but as far as online and a time crunch, don't do it and expect 20-30 minutes for indoor ordering; they definitely put drive thru first. And no one offered a discount card or an abundant apology for the wait. Instead, you could see the cs worker getting overwhelmed and frustrated and instead of communicating the over abundance in orders and short staffing for the influx, she almost got frustrated with me because I asked for a sauce a 2nd time, and she said she gave me extra, which means she did not listen the first time when I said there wasn't any to begin with. Had to re-infoem her just so she could get me another one for my 2nd order. Staff needs to learn calming techniques in thw work place because frustration only causes mistakes and attitudes.“
