“I have been to this Panera Bread multiple times and have had many good experiences there. The staff working the counter are friendly and helpful. The order is prepared quickly and accurately. The store is clean and has comfortable seating available while you wait or if you want to dine in.The decor is nice and overall there is a pleasant friendly vibe to the place that you do not get from other fast food places. “We love coming here for brunch. We loved the Swedish pancakes but they don't have them anymore. Their crepes and French toast are just as good! My boyfriend and my dad love the Benedict's and scramblers. All the food comes out quickly! It's a quaint little place with a very eclectic decorating scheme but we love that about it!“

Met the owner, who is also the chef. He comes out and greets customers after finishing plating meals to make sure we are satisfied. The ladies restroom was very clean and functional. I enjoyed both my meal and the vibe.“

“Johnny is super welcoming as soon as anyone enters into the building. He is also extremely quick when it comes to making teas, and any of the protein items. My go-to combo is his protein donuts and a tea. He knows my order immediately when I walk in, and even when I bring things back for my family, he immediately knows their orders! He is super helpful as well, and I will always come to Ignite on Sundays for pancakes!!! Highly recommended coming after a workout as well!“

Updated my stars to reflect my willingness to try them out again.Placed an order for pick-up since time was limited. Ordered coffee, smoothie and açaí bowl. There was a large line of people placing orders, and one staff assisting them. I arrived 20 mins after placing my order. There was no sign of food waiting for pick-up, so I tried to get the attention of one of many staff working—all appeared to be very busy, no eye contact even acknowledging me waiting in the pick-up area. After 5 mins I asked the one taking the orders if I was in the right spot—she said yes. Ok, so I wait a few more mins. They are busy—that’s cool. About 10 mins later, they call my name for my coffee and hand it to me. I figure the rest of my food (the smoothie and the bowl will be out momentarily. Another 10 mins go by and I’m getting anxious. I have to stop someone rushing by to inquire about the rest of my order. She finds the smoothie right away (it been ready for awhile sitting in their fridge) but she tells me they didn’t get the acai order. ??? I pull up the order in my email and it’s there. Meanwhile she has to ask a manager about it. She comes back and says they are out of açaí and couldn’t call me because they didn’t have my number. (My phone number was in my email receipt.) Things happen, I get that. But I wasted so much time because they didn’t acknowledge the out of stock item (and hand me the smoothie when they gave me the coffee. Seems like everyone is busy, but there is a lack of communication between stations. Just very disappointing. Won’t be back soon. And I hope I get the refund for the açaí bowl as promised.“

“My husband and I have come here several times and the Tampa Cubans are so delicious! The pirates treasure ice cream is soooo good!? We love the atmosphere and that we can eat on the patio to enjoy nice weather and be entertained people watching kooky beach goers. “Oh. My. Gosh. We were in town for a reggae festival and this was close to our airbnb. I am Dominican and my partner is American and we both LOVED everything. Ham croquetas were excellent. I had a cortadito (sweet) and my partner had a Cafe con Leche. This place is authentic, people will walk in speaking Spanish to the woman at the counter like they have known her for years. This is an authentic cuban cafeteria. We are looking forward to our next visit to St. Pete to see them again! You should come too - you will not regret it!“

“This is a second location in the area. This location is a bit smaller, but has all the goodies you'll need while on vacation. I only stopped by here once since we were staying nearer to the other location, but we liked the first one so much we had to check this one out as well. So come try this place out and if you like it be sure to check out the other location just north as well. Both will be a great experience. They have great ice cream choices I got the the salt water taffy as well, but they have all kinds of candy from every decade going way back. I love this place. I can't wait to come back for more.“

“I was privileged to try his double espresso. It is very, very fresh, with a huge crema, wonderful aroma and complex but smooth and fruity flavor. It’s a blend of Ethiopian yirgacheffe, Columbian and Brazilian beans, roasted to medium at exactly a peak of 450 degrees and then immediately cooled so they do not over cook. Wow! Five stars!How this can be only be $12.99 a pound? The quality and price blew me away.But then there is the shop. It’s a massive art gallery with multiple rooms and every inch covered with art, mostly Picasso prints! I kid you not! “Honestly, I'm a food snob. And I've lived in Dunedin seven years. We have GREAT food options in this town. Seriously though, Chef Robert might be the best chef in town. Only open for breakfast and lunch on weekdays but get there and get you some fabulous food. My preference is lunch, I've had most of the sandwhiches, often get whatever the special is and have NEVER been disappointed. Today my husband and I shared the goat cheese BLT wrap special and a Cuban. He got the papaya slaw and I got the potato salad. Good luck choosing between these two sides because they are both phenomenal! This is Dunedin's hidden gem!“

I would recommend both dining in and catering. The portions are large and the food is well-seasoned. Breakfast can be bland but Another Broken Egg Cafe does it better than most. Great place!Kid-friendliness: There is indoor and outdoor seating depending on how rowdy the kids are, or if you prefer ample room around your table.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking directly across from the front doors and a ramp from the parking lot to the doors is wheelchair accessible. The restaurant itself has no steps, but the tables are extremely close and aisles would not fit a wheelchair without prior notice. Even walking, I had to turn sideways to squeeze through the dining room to the restroom.“

“In December, they prepared my birthday cake, an Italian. Cassata Cake. I’ve had this cake many times and from many places through the years. Nowhere, at no time, has a better cake been made! It was the best ever! Then, we went there for brunch. “My wife and I have been frequenting the Green Market since they opened...as they are right across from the gym. After a workout, once a week, we go there for dinner if we get out of the gym early enough. They close at 8 so sometimes we don't make it in time but we always try to make at least one gym day an early day to get there. The food is all custom made and prepared...one of the healthiest options at any restaurant in the area. The meals are filling. Most of the time we end up taking half of our dinner home in a box and have lunch ready for the next day. Their bowls are incredibly healthy and when you are trying to find "fast" food that's healthy, your options are limited. The owners are great...not only remember my wife and I but are always pretty sure they know what we're going to order, they're friendly and they engage in enough conversation to be polite and friendly but not enough to be overbearing. It's a little small inside so you're not going to bring your family there, likely, for a meal but the food is very good and very healthy which makes it a win. I have never had a bad meal there ever.Parking: The trick is to park "behind" the building and use the back door. They have doors in the front which is the side that faces the gym and movie theater and spaces out back which faces the bigger mall stores - that are largely empty at night. LOTS of parking back there but most people tend to try and park up front.“

“There is an Asian food district in Pinellas Park, & that drew us to the Moonlight Boba shop. Our goal was to get Vietnamese Coffee with Boba beads. Our drinks were spot on perfect & tasty. Despite the outside appearance being plain & almost uninviting, the inside of the shop was super clean & comfortable. Don't let the outside look scare you away, lol. One of the best parts of our time here was a visit by the owner, Sid. She was full of awesome personality & a delight to converse with. My experience here at LaVita has been very good.It's a family affair with moms and their kids helping in the kitchen and serving customers. Always polite and accommodating. The food is made on premise unlike other coffee shops where it's brought in from outside. They bake next door and cook in the back kitchen. The most complete bakery by experienced bakers in Dunedin. Perhaps, on the warmer days, outfitting the BACKYARD as event space might work best, although there wouldn't be any place to park. Perhaps the BBQ place's lot next door might work as an alternative parking lot.As far as Larry's prowess as poet of "international" fame, I've not heard of him or his work before. Is he SELF PUBLISHED? If so, that might explain why. He may need to promote himself and not just events. I guess I've been caught up in teaching the masters like Kooser, Laux, Collins, Williams, Oliver, et. al. So, if I've missed this "famous" poet's work, woe is me!But regardless of your or my definition of what constitutes poetic excellence in terms of Larry's work -- that wasn't my point. It was the PRESENTATION and PROMOTION of the event that was CLUMSY -- not Larry's poetry. For example, most poets I talked to thought the event's readings were relegated to Human Rights ONLY. And that's an important reason why more poets didn't show. Not all poets have poems relative to that subject. Get it, Chef?And finally, "clumsiness" included making all attendees read every one of the long list of Human Rights tenets, about 30 of them! It dragged the event out to the longest "yawn" in open-mic history! Larry should've provided a BRIEF TALK and handout to be read LATER and let his and other's poetry say what needed to be said. Wasn't that why you summoned us there, Chef, -- to listen to the POETRY of Human Rights?---------------------12-8-19 Participated in the first poetry open mic today, Sunday. It's a tiny venue, conducted after hours (3 pm), run by the owner, a poet himself; a very hospitable and gentle Sixties soul. It's an intimate room bursting at the seams with readers and listeners of poetry.The first fledgling attempt was understandably passable, but we can only hope future events will be conducted with more planning, i.e., a PODIUM (please!) would be a welcome addition for readers' comfort.The initial theme was human rights, which was clarified later as not necessarily a reader's maxim; after a phone call for clarification, it was found to be open to any themed poem. I look forward to the next installment in what appears to be a monthly program of "Greenwich-Village" style cafe poetry. And it's not just the Beats in residence here. Ginsberg and Kerouac would be proud of this resurrection of poetry in Dunedin. However limited. However innocent.And, as bakery, there is the scone, tasty and unblemished by unnatural ingredients. Scone Age is the natural bread and sustenance of wheat and words in Dunedin. Long may it live and flourish!“
