The layout feels airy and comfortable, not cramped like some other locations. I ordered my usual coffee and it was spot on — hot, fresh, and made just right. The baristas were friendly and efficient, and the place was clean all around. Definitely one of the better Starbucks setups I’ve been to in a while.“

“There are two Starbucks locations in my area that I frequent and this is one of them. I have known Olivia since I started coming to this location. We are not personal friends, I know her only from coming to Starbucks. Olivia has always been polite and on top of her game as a barista. I'm not challenging the gentleman's experience about the service dog but this sounds very much out of character for Olivia. I enjoy coming to this location and having Olivia take care of my orders. She is very consistent and always has time for a smile and is engaging with her customers. As we all know, there are two sides to every story. Having had a service dog years ago I know it is a difficult situation on what you can/cannot be asked. I do feel more clarity is needed regarding services animals. I struggle when in a grocery store, and other stores, observing dogs in grocery carts with no visible tags or vests identifying the dogs as a service animal. Perhaps a good first step for Starbucks and other stores is to clearly identify what animals are able to enter an establishment and clearly outline on the door what is required to enter. This way there is no confusion between customers and workers. Olivia, keep on smiling, you are very good at what you do!“

“Great service but Sunday mornings are very busy therefore very noisy. Bring noise canceling headphones if you need to get work done whilst enjoying your coffee. I wish they would put felt bottoms on the chairs so they don't screech when moving them.“

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because drive through instant orders always seem to be prioritized over mobile orders placed far in advance. You’ll see people roll up and place instant orders and given their coffees within minutes. Mobile drive through orders are almost always “getting started for you” when you get to the speaker. Staff up Starbucks! You can afford it.“

“You guys have an excellent staff. I just had to transfer to a new work location in Ocala because the location in the city I live in shut down. It's a very long commute, and there are a lot of stressful and frustrating things going on right now as our systems are restructured.

I went through this Dunkin donuts drove thru today to get an iced coffee to help me power through the day, and I left laughing and smiling.
