I am 67 yes old..disabled and I don't cook..I love this place!! The girls and the manager are absolutely wonderful..if there's a mistake or misunderstanding they fix it immediately..I normally order a toasted cheese with turkey not ham....it has 2 dif cheeses on it..that's my main meal at least 4 times a week(more..ha ha) so glad they are here..they know my name and my order!! two more coffee joints have open here in Belleview and i won't even try them..when it's right..why go...read full review
I’m honestly disappointed in my order the other day. I ordered a hot chocolate and a French toast muffin. I’ve been going to this place quite often and Tuesday was by far my worst experience. My hot chocolate came out hot and my muffin was delicious. It went all down hill when I found what looks to be a a straw wrapper in my hot chocolate. dark mocha freezer....YUM! Hubby being diabetic can also enjoy as they offer sugar free version. So good that I've become an addict (lol)! Not only myself though, my furbabies know when we get to the drive thru (granted one is blind), they love getting their pup cups/ or doggy bones. The employees are the best! (always friendly....even furbaby approved!)

The drive-thru is fast, clean, and efficient. Customers love the dark mocha freezer and the coffee cooler, with a large flavored coffee being a great deal. Bagels are also described as some of the best. Employees are the best, always friendly, and furbabies love their pup cups and doggy bones. Even with an app issue on Thanksgiving, customer service was excellent, with a call received the very next day and a refund processed. Management is top-notch, and Ellianos is recommended over other coffee places.
