So glad we discovered this gem of a restaurant, not only do they serve sushi (my fave) but they offer a huge variety of other menu items. My group of 3 had spicy tuna roll, dill pickle sandwich, and black and blue burger. All were delicious. We also had potstickers and elote bites. Service from Gage was kind and efficient, even though we came in 40 min before closing. We will be back.
Absolute Fire. It is Fusion. Do not come here expecting anything you expect. It's great flavor profiles across the board. Add spice to suit your pallet. Can't believe we waited so long to visit. Their fries are better than Berdines.

Our favorite place in the keys to grab a bite to eat! Amazing food, both taste and presentation, with a little something on the menu for everyone! The vibe, people and atmosphere, is also outstanding!
