Bamboo in Boca completely dropped the ball tonight. I understand it’s Xmas, I understand kosher Chinese food is slammed, but that doesn’t excuse getting a simple order wrong.
They didn’t just mess up a detail—they delivered the wrong, much smaller order than what we paid for, which meant we didn’t have a meal at all. On a night like this, that’s unacceptable.
