Marisol was operating out of Onda while we were there while they did renovations, still amazing beachside dining
Dined here on Sunday for Mother’s Day and our waiter, Rodrigo, exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail & food reccomendations went hand in hand with our dining experience. The hummus sampler, miso cod, & pistachio dessert did it for us. This is what five star dining promises at such hotel. Which is normally hard to find. We will be back!
Incredible food and service. The paella, chicken, cooked to absolute perfection. The wine smellier was the most knowledgeable I’ve encountered. We had a minor issue with a table next to us, hosting a corporate dinner of some sort, decided they wanted to rearrange the entire table whilst we were all eating, dragging chairs around, setting up the table.
