“It was unusually slow for a Saturday night. Had good service and good food. The kids chicken breast was overly charred on the outside so we had to cut away the outside so my daughter could eat the inside of the chicken breast. I ordered a burrito bowl with shrimp. The shrimp was slightly disappointing. The shrimp lacked the freshly sautéed texture and tasted as if they had been sitting in a warming tray causing them to overcook and kind of dissolve when you bit into them. Not what I was expecting. The other guests also order a chicken burrito, chicken burrito bowl and a steak burrito bowl. They all enjoyed theirs making me wish I had also chosen one of those options. The spicy guacamole was good as always. I did like they had a margarita mocktail and I really enjoyed it. The other guests had regular margaritas which were good but they all called for salt on the rim and they all came out without salt. We didn't bother sending them back but it was noticeable. Drinks also took a bit of time to come from the bar which I found odd since it was quite slow. Overall we enjoyed our time together but it could have been better. We will continue to come but hopefully they improve on this points I mentioned.“

“It was great! For a few of the people I went with it was their first time at El Camino, especially at this location the Boca location and they all were very pleased with their experience with the food and just the ambience. Our server as well she was amazing so patient and very attentive to the table. Also, during the planning process of just even making the reservation, I called a few times to add more people to the party and you guys were extremely flexible which I really appreciated so thank you so much. The experience was excellent.“

“I saw the reviews and wanted to try it, I thought I was going to a Mexican restaurant. It's a food truck in a gas station parking lot. But don't let that fool you. It was amazing. I ordered the breakfast burrito with chorizo, egg, avocado slices, refried beans and cheese. It was perfect. I'm looking forward to trying the other menu items. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, don't pass this place up!“

“Good food, a little slow but it was pretty busy. Guacamole was a little bland but we lit some salt and pepper in and it was good, tasted fresh. All our meals were good. Luis was our server and did the best he could with how busy they were.“

“The food was good, especially considering the price. I like their offerings more than Chipotle.
The only drawback was the disorderly seating area. Supplies were left on customer seating. This was odd as the restaurant wasn't that busy.“

“I've honestly only ever ordered the fajitas from here (come on, it's in the name!) but I can say that they are fantastic every time.
The restaurant has a very homey and authentic feel and I've never had to wait to eat.
I have not had the margaritas, although my friends who I went with really enjoy them“

“great food got served almost instantly, waiter was very nice and even had nice recommendations. As someone that used to work in a restaurant , it would’ve been nice to know that an automatic 18% gratuity was being added for 2 adults and one child. caught me off guard. no one even mentioned it, AT ALL. overall lovely experience aside from that.“
