I ordered an online pickup for a juicing cleanse to be picked up on a Monday and 9:30am. The store says it opens at 9am. I’ve been waiting for them to open and no one is here. Everything is locked up and it’s 10:10am I even got the email confirmation saying it was ready for pickup. When you pay those prices and get to choose the timing for pickup the least they can do is be open at the time they show online.
Alex was absolutely amazing she set me up with a 7 day simple cleanse. She was very insightful about her juices and if not for the juice I’ll be back for the wonderful customer service

Customers appreciate the quick service, the safe drink swaps after checking the website, and can buy six juices in one visit. The experience is excellent, great, and refreshing, and many customers recommend the place.
