Saiko-i Sushi Lounge & Hibachi is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food and lively atmosphere. Guests enjoy a variety of meals, including the land and sea dinner, fried rice with a sweet and savory flavor, and hibachi dishes. The restaurant features a fun hibachi experience, with entertaining chefs performing tricks like the onion volcano and laser show, which delight children and adults alike. The staff receives mixed reviews; while many praise the friendly and attentive servers—particularly Gigi, Pak, and Nicole—for providing excellent service and menu suggestions, some guests have experienced rude or inattentive service from other servers. The atmosphere is described as calming and enjoyable, making it a favorite spot for families, especially during happy hour. However, some incidents, such as spilled tom yum on a dress without apology, have marred experiences. The bartenders and servers contribute to a lively, friendly environment, and the restaurant’s vibe is appreciated by many. Overall, Saiko-i offers tasty food, engaging hibachi performances, and attentive staff, making it a go-to destination for dining and family fun in Boca Raton.
