“Overall, I really enjoyed the food. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The only disappointment was the paella. It tasted quite bland and lacked the rich, well-balanced flavor I expected. I also didn’t enjoy the mushrooms—their taste and texture didn’t work well for me. Everything else was delicious, but the paella could definitely use more seasoning and depth of flavor.“

“Very chill boutique type restaurant with a few vegan options on the menu. We had the Vegan Mushroom “cheesesteak”. It was really close to a regular cheesesteak and the nut cheese whiz tasted great. Plenty of Vegan side options as well.“

“We went to enjoy a brunch and our experience was amazing. The food delicious we asked for Avocado toast and Eggs any style. My daughter enjoyed the Greek yogurt with granola, fruits and honey. Also the coffee was perfect and the server Miss Barbara was nice, sweet and very helpful. I highly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch. The dessert also was yummy the chocolate chip muffins are the best in town“

“Sad they're closing! We've come to rebel house so many times over the years and have shared many milestone memories! End of an era, it's a shame the new owners are closing to move their other restaurant into this location. Pretty sure today is the last day they're open (3/27/23) go if you can!“

“Great service! Our waiter recommended really good dishes. We ordered the crab rangoon, prime tiger, chicken wings, and Thai salad, and everything was absolutely delicious! “I’ve been to The Kester at the Marriott Pompano Beach a few times now, including for brunch and most recently while they were participating in a Visit Lauderdale dining special, and I’ve had a great experience each time.

The food has consistently been good, the service is welcoming, and I love the relaxed atmosphere. It’s a nice spot whether you’re staying at the hotel or you’re local and just looking for somewhere to enjoy a meal near the beach.

I’ve especially enjoyed coming here for brunch, but it was also nice getting to experience a different side of their menu through the Visit Lauderdale special. Definitely a spot I’m happy to return to!“
