“The food is always consistently delicious but the time it took to receive our food was unacceptable. It was a Tuesday night but it was not crowded for a Taco Tuesday. We ordered the table side guacamole which took 20 minutes before the guy even approached our table. We had to ask our waiter twice, what was taking so long. Our waiter was great and kept checking on us. Hopefully our next visit is better.!“

I found Prosperity Brewers while looking for a chill place to grab a drink and I’m so glad I did. It’s got a cool, tucked-away warehouse vibe, but once you step inside, it’s warm, casual, and super welcoming—even if you’re going solo. I never once felt out of place, which I really appreciated.

I tried a few beers and was genuinely impressed—the Kölsch and IPA were my favorites. Everything tasted super fresh, and the people behind the bar were happy to walk me through the options. It’s the kind of spot you can drop into for a quick drink and end up staying a while. They also had trivia and live music going on that night, so it’s definitely a place with some fun energy. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re into quality beer and a relaxed, unpretentious vibe.“

“Fresh Kitchen got the food right! It’s fresh, flavorful and tastes homemade- this is rare for mass-prepped food. And the people are nice. However, I go to Bolay once per week and FK once per quarter. The portions are just so skimpy, I just don’t ever feel I got $20+ worth of food. Today, the server literally shook off the tongs until there was a pinch of spinach left to put in my container as a base and same sentiment for the kale, sprinkled the chickpeas dispensing less than half the scooper and put the rest back. Then, shook a few pieces of sweet potato off the top of the scooper…and put the rest back. It was like she was afraid to pour a scoop. I don’t eat poultry or red meat so I have to eat more food to get enough calories per meal. Fk meals are a snack before dinner. I would totally eat there at least once per week if I wouldn’t leave hungry. Another win for them…they shine like a diamond in the snack department. Also rare in the industry is a decent lower sugar vegan snack! The vegan chocolate chip cookies are ridiculously amazing! I buy 3 packs at a time every time. Sometimes I just go there for them alone!“

“I was very surprised at how exceptionally delicious the food was. Add to that the place is spotlessly clean and everyone working there weee attentive and kind. We are looking forward to our next visit. Lots of vegan choices but make sure (if you’re vegan) to let them know. One ingredient in what I ordered wasn’t vegan and they caught that and without hesitation remade it customized.“

Our group of six was seated at a corner table as requested for privacy and we enjoyed perfectly cooked steaks and other entrees, delicious wine, and over-the-top service. Our group goes every year to the Generous Pour event and we're never disappointed. The restaurant also responded to my request for a special dessert for our friends celebrating their recent marriage, which made the evening even more memorable. “We were in town visiting and looking for cauliflower crust pizza and found Pizza District. And man, am I glad we did. From the second we walked in the door we were treated amazingly by the wonderful staff. The hostess was quick to clear a table for us outside and get us settled. While we were looking over the menu the manager/owner? came out and asked if we had any questions about the menu and took our drink order and answered our questions. Our waitress was very personable and took great care of us. The manager/owner came out after we had finished our dinner and asked how things were. Such amazing and nice staff. The food was delicious and very fresh tasting. Our food came out quickly and we loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the evening. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.“

The beers were ice cold and plenty of variety available. You can purchase something to eat from the food truck parked beside the brewery, Cheffrey Eats. “So our family (well kids to be specific) has always had a tradition of going out to Hibachi for birthdays. For years we were going to Saitos on Lyons and Glades then they closed down. Honestly was never my favorite, but tradition is tradition. So we moved on to Benihana’s. Well don’t be fooled by the name. Their food and particularly their service was waaay below PAR. Anyways getting to the point, we wanted to try a new spot and stumbled on Saiko-I. From the first few minutes after being seated we could already tell the dramatic difference. The service was on point. Drinks served immediately, appetizers and meals ordered shortly after. Then came the chef. He was fun, entertaining, funny and efficient. The food was probably the best hibachi I’ve had. None of the one item at a time nonsense you get at the other places. And they used much less of the butter and other garbage they throw in at other spots. At the end of our meal we complemented the GM and she went out of her way to make our business feel appreciated. The staff here was friendly, classy and fun, and the food was amazing. Found our new spot! No this is not a solicited review, I was just super impressed with this place. Shout out the server Hector, chef Javier and GM Ouray.“
