Shift manager was rude and lacked leadership skills, he was happy to tell us how he couldn't help us and what they didn't have (no cherries for Shakes, no lemon for tea, no spoon but had a knife which didn't help me eat my shake after oral surgery) he openly spoke about his last shift to other employees regarding how he sent someone home early because they weren't cleaning up or doing anything extra... very unprofessional. The manager is real nice and professional all at the same time. The employees are pretty much professional. Some don't know how to act when the manager isn't there. But all in all it's a good safe place to go.
