Chartreuse Craft Cocktail Lounge

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Absolutely loved it there and Octavian (what a name! 😍😍😍😍) gave me a wonderful drink, AND A BLANKET 🤩🥰😛 all in all an amazing experience! I cannot wait to go back. I’m all about feeling like I’m at home when im out, and that place was total cozy cool basement vibe 🥳 very homey, so comfortable, I just wanted to bundle up and go to sleep, night night!

La Chartreuse is a charming little cocktail bar in Bonita Springs with a cozy, stylish and slightly hidden-away feeling. It’s a nice choice for a relaxed evening drink, a quiet date night or a special little stop before or after dinner. I keep it on my personal Bonita Springs favorites list and often recommend it to vacation guests who enjoy intimate local places with character.

Ok so after reading some of the reviews I can agree with most. I have been to this place before and the vibes were mostly good. I don’t know if it was an off night for this business but on Friday night I was left feeling completely unseen and will not be returning back. We were seated at the bar and you could tell that the bar tenders know their “regulars” and everyone else is invisible. We had been there for about 30 minutes and all of a sudden I have a bar top table and chairs hurled towards myself and the person I was with and I see an older man around 70 years on the floor. My first instinct was to get up and check on him but I couldn’t as a table was locking me into place. The doorman went over to him and asked if the older man was ok and and after the older man said he was fine the doorman replied with “are you really?” and proceeded to tell him to leave. Not once did someone really check on him and make sure he was ok. This man was either over served on the servers behalf or he did truly trip and then was neglected. After the older man left the table was pushed back and the center piece and candle that was under my sisters chair and I was picked up by some server. Not ONCE did anyone check on us to make sure we were ok. Then the night went on like nothing had happened. Later on in the night (2 minutes later) there was a table sat (the one that came at us) with 2 gentlemen and a women. They began screaming at each other and cursing loud enough for my sister and I to hear their entire convo as well as the bar tenders who just watched from afar. The one guy doesn’t have a license if anyone was curious. After they left I told the bar tender that I felt like there was going to be a fist fight because they were screaming and I was told oh they’re regulars I know the one guy. So just because you know one of the three people means that my concerns get disregarded. This teams management needs a serious sit down and improve on their customer service. This encounter left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning!

Chartreuse is a funky, moody lounge. Zach and Nick are extremely knowledgeable at their craft. We live an hour away and make a point to come whenever we can for the incredible drinks!

We visited here after a recommendation from a local we met at the beach. Did NOT disappoint. Everything has been thought out so nicely, down to the types of glasswear they use. Pretty glasses make an unique cocktail even more special.
Absollutely beautiful eye candy staff makes you feel special here lol. Drinks are so different AND they have excellent mocktails to! Fresh ingredients and made with care. Love the vibe here. Super chill, kind of a dark romance feel lol.

Nick was fantastic, great and talented mixologist. Went three nights in a row and had three different bartenders. All the drinks were consistent and service was very good. These people are five star and definitely care about their craft. Love them! ⭐️

I really like this place. The dark, chill vibe is fantastic. Kind of like a classy cigar bar without the smoke. The cocktail list is really well laid out, with lots of great options and perfectly executed cocktails. The service is great- very upscale. I also really enjoyed that there's live entertainment. The night we were there it was a duo singing 90's songs and playing guitars.

My ONLY complaint is the juxtaposition of the chill vibe and the alarmingly loud music. The whole place is maybe 400-500sqft and the equipment was at a volume like they were playing to a room of 1000 people. We were in the furthest corner from the musicians and it was still way too loud- it messed with the vibe of the place. I looked over at a poor sap sitting right next to them - he was completely detached from his party's conversation because he couldn't hear anything but this music blasting him in the face.
