Great atmosphere, live music was great. I was going to give it 5 stars until a very bad smelling cigar wafted past me and choked me up. I gave up my comfy bar seat and ended up standing by the band so I could breathe. Will not return unless a no smoking policy comes into effect.
First time visiting The Center Bar. My daughter had the opportunity to fill in on bass for the local band, SolReal, this past Thursday. They are awesome by the way. If you ever get the chance to see them, go for it. They are at The Center Bar every other week. Check out their Facebook page under SolReal. The atmosphere was really nice. I loved the architectural structure of the entire promenade.
Loved the potential of this place. It has a very nice atmosphere and good happy hour prices. Because it is in a shopping center (a very nice one!) there wasn’t a lot of room for people to sit when the band started. I agree with other commenters… the bar tenders need a lesson in welcoming people. Very cold and no smiles. I will still go back though!
