Le Bon Gout Caribbean Restaurant offers an excellent experience with authentic Caribbean food and outstanding service. The fried red snapper is absolutely amazing—perfectly seasoned, cooked just right, and full of flavor, making it one of the best Caribbean seafood dishes. The griot dinners are AMAZING, with griot cooked right—not too soft, not too hard—good and moist rice, pikliz that is 10/10 nice and spicy, and good tostones. The food is honestly the best Haitian food, bringing happiness to taste buds, and the drinks bring back childhood in Haiti. The atmosphere is welcoming, cozy, and lively with songs. The restaurant is nice on the inside and clean. The staff is friendly, attentive, and informative, with genuine kindness and attentiveness, always showing care and consideration. A great guy serves with a warm smile, positive attitude, and professionalism, making everyone feel welcome. The manager is incredibly sweet. The service is immaculate, greeting guests as they walk in. This place beats every place for griot. It is definitely worth visiting for authentic Caribbean food.
