These meals are so tasty! They are the perfect portion size and very clean and well balanced meals! They are perfect for my work at the hospital. I recommend all the meals. I can’t even choose my favorites.

First I must say the food is delicious not every meal makes it to my top ten but everyone I tried was delicious but some I have loved better than others (Turkey Bolognese, Bourbon Chicken, Turkey Meatloaf to name a few) You have an incredible variety to choose from 😊. Then you have the amazing staff with Blake Frey at the helm. The customer service only makes the food taste better and when using the delivery service you have Ebony who is a delight, warm and friendly and always delivers my food with a beautiful smile. This is a win win organization……excellent food, with great customer service !!!

I went in to grab a breakfast and lunch for the next day. Janisa was very helpful and recommended a couple to try. I got both and they were amazing. The hibachi steak bowl is out of this world!

I have a son with celiac, who is a very picky eater. So It’s hard to find food that he can enjoy and with enough calories to help him grow. Blake at FitLife was so helpful in helping me find many Gluten Free options that my son absolutely loved. Now he asks me if we can go and get him some meals from there. I also tried the food and they are absolutely delicious. As someone who’s starting to count calories and needs to keep track of my protein intake, these meals make it super easy to do that. I highly recommend this place! Great food, awesome atmosphere, and friendly staff. Everyone I met has been friendly and Blake was super patient, helpful, and curious.

This place is absolutely killer, has to be the best meal prep and clean eats in the area easily.
Macros conveniently printed right on the labeling of each meal, small, medium, and large portions all accounted for and a pretty lucrative rewards system! Teddy was a giant help getting me all enrolled and teaching me that the rewards program was even a thing and I’ve been coming here for weeks, glad he’s the guy to finally speak up about it! Awesome food, clean store front, friendly employees and prime location.
Definitely make eating at work more healthy and fitness focused as a runner and trainer this place is the best.
