It was my first time there and I was overwhelmed by the amount of items on the menu. Although, I was the only customer there on a Sunday at 1PM. I ordered a Fruit Tea with Rainbow Jelly and a Potato Covered Mozzarella Stick. The cashier was very kind and offered me plenty of other options. Atmosphere was a 4 because it was extremely warm inside and I felt bad for the staff. I hope this place picks up some good clientele, from what I can tell they have many common Japanese dishes...
My daughter and I loved the food! We chose two different dishes, and they were amazing. Mango juice absolutely delicious!!
I highly recommend it to everyone!

Service was ok, took the order at the counter and seated myself. The food was bought out fairly quick. The speed may be where the quality suffered.
Overall it was ok, definitely could get better value and experience at Mitaka ramen.
