“Inkawasi has became a favorite of ours. Every time we walked by since moving here a couple years ago we’d remind ourselves to try it. Once we did, we wish we went sooner! Always fresh, delicious & great gluten friendly options. After another amazing meal tonight I promised myself I’d write a review. Perfect meal from the sangria to a surf & turf special with the best fire roasted veggies & we shared the passion fruit pudding for dessert. And our server was amazing! “We met friends for dinner last evening and were very impressed with Selva at UTC. My husband and I had eaten a number of times at the Main Street location, but this was our first time at the UTC location. The food and service were excellent. I loved the lovely dining area. We opted for salads and ceviche dishes rather than entrees and were very happy with the choices. The tre leches cake was superb. We hope to return often.“
