My name is David Marrero, and I am a new employee at Salmon in Winter Haven. I am writing to report serious mistreatment and unprofessional behavior that I experienced at this location.
From the beginning, the morning shift manager spoke to me in a disrespectful and demeaning way, as if I was slow or incapable. Her tone, attitude, and the way she looked at me made it clear she did not like me. I felt targeted, singled out, and overwhelmed by her behavior.

Eric was awesome, from the moment we pulled up to place our order till we pulled away from the window. Our food was delicious and everything was perfect. We will definitely be back soon!!
The restaurant is Filthy. The staff treats you like you're Disturbing their phone time. And I truly feel they are racist.
