The empanadas and arepas are the best I've ever

This is a basic hispanic food truck in the parking lot of a gas station... With that being said, the empanadas are as tasty as any I've ever had, anywhere!I give the service and atmosphere a three (at best) depending upon which vagrant is on the corner begging you for money and which employee is working.
