“I’ve been in a few times recently and each time Lo, (I think is her name), is always holding the place down by herself. And each time she has been nothing but kind and respectful, making sure everything is stocked and cleaned, and holding conversation. I hope this Subway is taking very good care of her!“
“Today was a special day for me because the girl working alone today knew how to make my favorite sub! Even though they no longer have the pickleball on the menu, she remembered it. She was very kind and efficient. The store was clean and she even reminded me to use my number to get my points. Don't let go of her. She is an asset to your shop! Way to go Lacey!!!“
“I came in at about 6 30 there was only 1 employee in the and it was probaly the best subway experience I've had in my life. The whoe store was clean and well kept and the employee Kevin was very kind and welcoming some one should give him props.“
“The 2 lady’s working were so sweet and attentive! They were fast and in my experience other subways aren’t as fast.. was there with my baby and she gave her some crackers and a cookie for free! Hope she doesn’t get in trouble for this it was really so sweet and made my day!“
“I didn't order for myself, the person that did eat the sandwich enjoyed it. There was one person working that day and was very courteous. Because of his demeanor we were all very patient while he took care of a very large order. He was able to carry on a conversation with us. He was professional as well.“
“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the employee working this afternoon (05/17/2025 around 1 PM). He was the only one in the shop, handling a steady line of customers all on his own, and I was genuinely impressed by how calmly and professionally he managed everything.
At one point, a mobile order customer came in and was extremely rude—borderline dehumanizing—because his order wasn’t ready yet. Despite being clearly overwhelmed, the employee remained kind, apologetic, and composed. I even let the mobile order customer go ahead of my son and me just to help ease the situation and get him out of there quicker.
To that employee: I really hope you were able to take a well-earned break after that. You handled the entire situation with grace and patience, and I want you to know that your efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for showing up, for doing your best, and for treating everyone with respect—even when it wasn’t returned. Not all customers are like that, and people like you make a real difference.

“It is one of the cleanest locations in the area. I love the service and never have any issues with food. Just make sure you're there before lunchtime. Anytime between 12:15 and 12:45, you more than likely will have a crowd in front of you, but it doesn't take too long.“
“Really good. We ordered online and picked up at the store. We got great deals for ordering online. We did have a issue with 1 order nog going through, but they took care of it and got us on our way.. I order the new fresh cut sub - The Beaat. And it was really good. I found my new favorite.“
“We frequent this location a couple times a month & our sub orders are always correct, ready on time & fresh. The staff here are all very friendly & helpful. For example, today I pre-ordered online for our subs to be ready at 6:55 but I accidentally typed in "5:55" & didn't realize my mistake until after check out/payment so I called the location & spoke to Anita, (I think that's her name) she was so nice & got my order info so she could change it to the correct pickup time for me. While on the phone I could hear it was busy there but she was so nice & took time to pleasantly help me. I've worked in the service industry for many years & really appreciate great service like this.“
“Store 5725 Ranch Lake Blvd Bradenton at the Walmart. Employees need to wear hairnets. The woman serving us had super long hair, it was up in a ponytail, but it was hanging down over the food the entire time she was making our sandwich. Gross.“
“Great store! Owner of the store is always nice and friendly. I live closer to other Subways, but drive an extra 10-15 to visit this location since they never mess up my online order, and everything is really good/fresh. Store is always clean too.“
