“Veronica could not have been more helpful. My online order was processed over 100 miles from my home in Summerfield , Florida and the website had no way of canceling it. The location where the order went no one answered the phone for 20 minutes that I tried calling. Then a Constant busy signal. Was going to have to cancel the order on my credit card, and Veronica made my two subs. She is the kind of employee that Subway needs at all locations. Thank you so much for your help. Corporate office is also a management company and you can’t get through to them other than going straight to voicemail.“
“I’ve been to this subway quite a few times and it is hands down by far the best Subway/sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. The owner is so cool and caring and even offered me some encouraging words when i was down one day. I highly recommend this location on East bay even if you have to drive a little further. Everything is always fresh and he makes great sandwiches and is just an awesome guy in general.“
