“Nick gave me and my partner amazing service the other night. He was very attentive when we were missing some of our order and was checking in at a great frequency for us. We come to Chili’s pretty often and no one has ever toured the menu with us before Nick, which I personally always enjoy. Ribs were amazing and so were our margaritas. He was also very friendly and loved his recommendation of cuddling my cat after the meal.“
“We came in around 615 ish...3 adults 2 children, we were seated in the corner which usually don't prefer corner seating. 90% of the time corner is worse service and last night kind of proved it. Daughter and I ordered the 3 for me, and wife ordered a pasta from a different page, and was rang up as the 3 for me which made the chips and salsa 7.50 which he said if we were members was free.... not explaining that it doesn't work with the 3 for me. After ordered our main meal, I messaged someone so I had a time stamp... after receiving our main course was nearly 50 minutes later. I usually don't complain much, but in this day in age with prices and how much my wife and I work to make sure our bills are paid and such (which for us is nearly an average of 50+ hours weekly lots of o.t.) we should have decent service. At one point it was 25 minutes between him seeing us at the table personally. Last visit months ago was afternoon and service was great. Thank you.“
