“I have no idea what the other reviews about customer service at this location are talking about. We came in as a big party of seven and we were sat really quickly in the middle of shift change. Miosha had been working all morning and still gave us amazing service! Because it was shift change, our table got taken over by Kevin, who was just as amazing! Both of these servers made our experience very good and we will keep coming here and recommending this location to others. Thank you guys! :)“

“Chilli's-S Semoran food was phenomenal. We made it to our table right before Saturday's rush hour and yet we never missed someone to help us, if needed. I asked for Mac&Cheese, I got fries, instead but I'm not even mad. Their wine selection is not the best, that's the only negative I've found.“
“Chili's is a good place to eat. However, our food came out at different times (with several things missing), and the portions were not so great with some of the items ordered. We had to request things several times and some we never received. The waitress was very busy with large groups, but we ended up getting up to ask for items or find them ourselves after a while. Would still recommend it, but go when you know you have time to wait. They do offer take out.“

“I’ve always been a fan of Chilli’s, and this one did not let me down. Extremely clean, fast service, great staff, and enough TVs to keep you entertained while you wait on your flight. Food was on point. My burger couldn’t have been better and they got right the first time, because I like to add a lot of extras. Even had a lil shot and a beer while I watched the football game in between flights. Every time I come to the airport in Orlando I make sure to stop by and get a burger and a drink. I’ll be back soon for my same order. Keep up the good work.“
“As autistic parents choosing a place for lunch/dinner is difficult. Not everyone understand our situation. Today we found AMAZING employees since we opened the door that were empathetic with us.
